DIRECT PURCHASE AND SCOPE
Launch, Starter and Business Websites can be ordered directly. Your selected package, extras, total and payment choice are shown before payment and repeated in your confirmation. Bespoke websites, online shops and custom integrations require a separate written quote and are not purchased through this checkout. Two organised feedback rounds are included across the agreed website build; new directions or work beyond the selected scope require separate agreement.
Launch Website: £249.50. Two tailored pages. Typical delivery: 7 days. No post-launch support period.
Starter Website: £499.50. Up to five tailored pages. Typical delivery: 30 days. Includes 30 days’ launch support.
Business Website: £999.50. Up to ten tailored pages. Typical delivery: 60 days. Includes 30 days’ launch support.
Footer upgrade: £25.00. One enhanced footer layout with up to three groups of supplied links and business details. Basic footer/contact links remain included; new pages and a full redesign are excluded.
Navigation menu upgrade: £25.00. One enhanced navigation style for up to eight existing links, adapted for mobile. Basic navigation remains included; new pages, search and custom mega-menus are excluded.
FAQ section: £25.00. An accordion section with up to six questions and answers you supply, added to an existing page. Research, copywriting and a new page are separate.
Testimonials section: £25.00. Display up to three genuine customer reviews you supply and have permission to use, on an existing page. No invented reviews, live review feed or new page.
Location map: £25.00. One location map using a compatible provider embed on an existing page. Custom maps, provider fees and a new page are excluded. Only select if not already included.
Simple enquiry form: £45.00. One enquiry form on an existing page, up to five standard fields, one recipient and basic spam protection. No uploads, custom logic or CRM; any provider fees are separate. Already included with paid website packages.
Photo gallery: £45.00. A responsive gallery/lightbox on an existing page using up to twelve supplied photos. Photography, image editing, ongoing updates and a new page are separate.
Newsletter signup: £45.00. Connect one signup form to an existing compatible email-marketing list. You supply account access and approved consent wording. Provider fees, campaigns and automations are separate.
Copywriting per page: £50.00 each. Writing for one standard website page, based on information you provide. Specialist research, legal copy and long-form articles are excluded.
Additional standard page: £100.00 each. Uses your agreed website design and supplied content. Complex pages need a separate quote.
Simple logo design: £199.00. A simple logo for one business, supplied as SVG and PNG with light/dark versions. Direction is agreed through your brief; trademark searches and registration are excluded.
Booking integration: £199.00. Connect an existing booking service. Provider subscriptions and transaction fees are separate. Custom booking software is not included.
Standard pages follow the agreed website design. Copywriting relies on accurate facts and materials you supply. Logo design is an original simple mark/wordmark for one business, not a full identity system. Existing-provider booking integration requires a compatible account and access. If a requested integration cannot be delivered within this scope, we offer a suitable alternative or a refund for that undelivered extra; no upgrade is charged without agreement.
For buy-outright orders, hosting, domain registration, email services, third-party subscriptions, software licences and payment-provider transaction fees are separate. No recurring subscription starts with an outright order unless optional Managed Hosting is expressly selected at checkout. Website + Care instead includes hosting and the recurring service expressly selected below; third-party costs remain separate.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
All checkout prices are in GBP. RIVRA is not VAT registered and does not add VAT. Selected extras are included in the total. Choose full payment or the first-stage deposit: Launch/Starter 50%, then 50% after final approval and before launch; Business 25%, then 50% after design approval and before the main build, then the remaining 25% after final approval and before launch. Penny rounding is reconciled in the final stage so payments equal the exact order total. Stage invoices are sent through Stripe when milestones are reached. Full payment leaves no balance for the selected order. Changes to scope require your approval and are not automatically charged.

BRIEF AND DELIVERY
After payment you receive confirmation and a link to your project brief. We confirm the start date after your brief, content and required account access are received. Payment alone does not reserve a particular date. Typical delivery periods above are estimates, starting once these prerequisites are ready. Delayed content, approvals or access can move delivery. If we cannot accept or deliver the paid scope, we will offer an alternative for your agreement or refund the undelivered service. Launch/handover follows final approval and payment of the balance.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Email hello@madebyrivra.co.uk with your order reference to cancel or request a refund. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable. Refunds take account of payments made, work properly completed, separately approved third-party costs and applicable rights. If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the service contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. This checkout does not request an early start or waive any cancellation right. We obtain any required express request separately before starting during a cancellation period; a proportionate amount for work supplied may then be payable where the law allows. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If fully performed during that period, a consumer's cancellation right ends only where the required prior request and acknowledgement were obtained. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

WEBSITE + CARE — MONTHLY SERVICE
This is an alternative to buying the website outright, not a loan or interest-bearing payment plan. Launch: £49.00 setup + £39.00/month, 12-month minimum £517.00. Starter: £99.00 setup + £59.00/month, minimum £807.00. Business: £149.00 setup + £89.00/month, minimum £1,217.00. Bespoke starts from £299 setup + £149/month (minimum from £2,087) and requires an agreed quote before purchase. VAT is not charged.
The first payment includes the setup fee, first month and any selected one-off extras. Subsequent monthly payments are charged automatically by Stripe on the subscription billing date. The 12-month minimum starts at signup, including the build period, not at launch. After the first 12 monthly payments, the same monthly price continues on a rolling monthly basis unless separately agreed with you. There is no new annual lock-in. New customers' price changes do not alter your agreed price.
The website-build scope, typical delivery prerequisites and two organised feedback rounds follow your selected website package. Care includes managed website hosting and SSL, backups, maintenance of Rivra-delivered website functionality, and updates to customer-supplied text, prices, photos and existing project entries within the allowance: Launch 15 minutes/month, Starter 30, Business 60; Bespoke agreed in the quote. Allowances do not roll over. Send requests to hello@madebyrivra.co.uk. Standard in-scope requests are normally completed within five working days of receiving usable materials. No 24/7 emergency response or unlimited changes are promised.
New pages, major redesigns, new features, specialist SEO, copywriting, photography, domains, email hosting and third-party subscriptions/transaction fees are not included in the monthly allowance. Selected checkout extras are one-off charges due with setup; nothing is added automatically without your approval. Third-party outages and provider changes outside our control are not a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We discuss any required extra work before charging.
Email hello@madebyrivra.co.uk to request cancellation at any time. During the minimum period you can give notice to end at the close of the first 12 paid monthly periods; after that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period, with no further renewal. We acknowledge your request and confirm the end date. Statutory cancellation, remedies for non-performance and applicable rights override the minimum term. Early termination is reviewed fairly in light of work supplied, costs saved and applicable rights; we do not automatically charge every future monthly fee as a penalty. Contact us if payments become difficult; no additional amount or change is charged without a proper basis and clear notice.
You retain ownership of your supplied content and domain. Once the minimum commitment is completed and amounts properly due are paid, Rivra's transferable bespoke website work is yours and a standard handover is included on request; third-party/open-source licences still apply. If hosting/care ends, we arrange handover before hosting is withdrawn. No continued hosting or updates are included after the service ends. Cancellation during any statutory cooling-off period is not made conditional on completing 12 months.
Consumer cancellation rights described in the Website Order Terms remain intact. This checkout does not waive the 14-day right or request work to start during it. Any early-start request required by law is obtained separately. Payment alone does not confirm a launch date. We refund undelivered scope where we cannot accept or supply the agreed service.

EXISTING RIVRA WEBSITE SERVICES — standalone-services-2026-10-26-optional-care-v5
These standalone services are for an existing Rivra-built website, not a new website build or a Website + Care build package. Give us the website address and confirm it is your Rivra website. Other websites, shops, complex pages and custom features need a scope review before payment; contact hello@madebyrivra.co.uk.
Managed Hosting is £9.99/month, Website Care £19.99/month and Website Assistant £99/month. No setup fee or annual minimum. The first month is paid at signup and the same amount renews monthly until cancelled. Email hello@madebyrivra.co.uk to cancel before the next renewal; we confirm the end date. Service normally ends at the close of the paid monthly period. Statutory cancellation and remedies remain unaffected. This does not change an existing Website + Care 12-month commitment. Do not buy a duplicate care plan if you already have one; contact us to change plans.
Hosting includes SSL, regular backups, basic monitoring and technical upkeep of Rivra-delivered functionality. Care also includes quarterly health checks, form/link tests and one small supplied text/image update per quarter. Assistant adds up to 90 minutes of standard supplied-content updates per month, normally completed within five working days of usable materials. Unused update time does not roll over. No unlimited changes or 24/7 emergency response is promised.
One-off extras: standard page £100 each, simple logo £199, existing-provider booking integration £199, copywriting £50 per page. Standard pages use the agreed site design; supplied content and usable account access are needed. Copywriting uses your provided facts, excluding specialist research or legal copy. Logo includes SVG/PNG light/dark versions, not trademark clearance. Booking connects an existing service, not custom booking software. Selected extras are paid in full; no recurring subscription is started unless an optional hosting or care plan is expressly selected.
OPTIONAL HOSTING OR CARE: Choose none or one plan only. Managed Hosting is £9.99/month: hosting, SSL, regular backups, monitoring and technical upkeep; no content-update allowance. Website Care is £19.99/month: everything in Managed Hosting, quarterly website health checks, form/link tests and one small supplied text/image update per quarter. Website Assistant is £99/month: everything in Website Care plus up to 90 minutes of standard supplied-content updates each month, normally completed within five working days of usable materials. Unused time does not roll over. Domains, email hosting, third-party fees, new pages, major redesigns and custom functionality are separate. No optional service is preselected. First month is collected with the one-off build/extras payment today; the selected monthly price then renews from signup, including any build period, until cancelled. No service setup fee or annual minimum. Email hello@madebyrivra.co.uk before the next renewal to cancel. This does not cancel agreed website-build payments. Do not add duplicate hosting/care to an existing active plan. Existing Website + Care contracts already include hosting and remain unchanged. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain intact; checkout does not request an early start.
Domains, email hosting, third-party subscriptions/fees, shops, new custom functionality and major redesigns are excluded unless separately agreed. We confirm your service/onboarding or extra-work schedule after receiving the website details and required access. If the selected service cannot be supplied, we explain and refund the undelivered service rather than add charges without agreement. Request work and cancellation at hello@madebyrivra.co.uk. Do not send passwords in the checkout form.
Applicable 14-day consumer cancellation rights are preserved; payment does not waive them or request an early start. Any required early-start consent is obtained separately. VAT is not charged. The existing general Website Order Terms, Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy also apply where relevant; this standalone-service description takes precedence over new-build milestones and the Website + Care annual commitment for this standalone order.

Choose only work not already included in your website package or active care allowance. We review compatibility with your Rivra-built website and supplied materials before work. If a fixed-scope addition cannot be supplied, we offer an agreed alternative or refund the undelivered addition; no paid upgrade is imposed. These prices cover the stated one-off scope, not unlimited changes or ongoing provider charges.

OTHER TERMS
The RIVRA Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy apply alongside this order summary. For directly purchased websites, the package/extras/payment provisions above replace the quote-first process; existing bespoke agreements and earlier Blueprint purchases are unchanged. Nothing removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The contract is governed by England and Wales law without removing a consumer's mandatory protections. Keep this confirmation for your records.
